Ms.Iris Chan, Managing Director

Ms. Iris Chan is the founder and Managing Director of Compliance Consulting Limited, the first professional compliance services provider in Hong Kong founded in 2003.
Iris began her professional life in the audit division of one of the Big Four Accounting Firms in Hong Kong. After a few solid years of audit work, she continued to build her career with a focus in the compliance field. Prior to founding Compliance Consulting, Iris has held executive roles in the compliance field with reputable financial institutions, including the wealth management arm of one of the largest insurance firms in the world.
As the founder of the first compliance services provider in Hong Kong, Iris has a strong track record in regulatory design, implementation and consulting for all types of licensed corporations. Her continued compliance servicing partnership with various financial institutions also make her highly reputable within the industry in Hong Kong and in China.
Iris holds an Accounting degree and is also a fellow member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Iris is also a regular speaker at various professional institutions.
